May 2022 Crime Report

June 5, 2022 by Lauren Law

SENP patrol hours for May improved. Our officers were able to patrol 269 total hours or approximately 65 hours per week.

We continue working with our DPD SENP Coordinator to monitor the monthly hours and after looking at the budget we can go up to 80 hours per week through December 2022 if our officers can work up to those hours.

Thank you!
Thanks to those of you who shared video with us of the man who followed a 12 year old girl as she was walking home from school. He hasn’t been seen again in the neighborhood so hopefully he will know better than to come back here. Having 595+ sets of eyes out in the neighborhood can really help keep these creeps out of our neighborhood.

Reminders

  • If you see a crime in progress, call 911 first and then the SENP mobile phone.
  •  If no one answers, the next officer on duty should return your call or text.
  • If they don’t do this, please let us know so we can help address any issues with our DPD SENP Coordinator.
  • Instead of calling 911 you can also make a report here: https://www.dallaspolice.net/reports/Pages/coplogic.aspx
  • Officers may not always be on duty when you call or request an out of town home check. The next officer on duty should reply to your phone call or text but if they don’t, please let us know by emailing us.

Concerns or questions?
Please email us.

The SENP patrol cell can be found below our signatures. Please add the number and the SENP email address to your contacts.

Have a great summer.
