SENP Annual Membership Meeting
We had about 35 people attend our SENP Annual Meeting on Thursday, Oct. 26.
Lauren Law/president (2nd from right) & Jim Nugent/treasurer (far left) shared a summary of SENP 2023 membership numbers, patrol shift hours, crime stats, patrol activity, member survey results, crime prevention tips and financials.
Beth Wing (4th from right), principal of W.T. White shared a summary of her W.T.W Principal report which included information about trash, traffic, attendance, turf field & track updates. We want to hear what’s happening with W.T. White because we all want to be good neighbors and part of that is getting to know each other and having open communication.
She’s invited the community to attend their Lights at White front porch event to celebrate the season on Dec. 5 at 5:30 p.m. They will feature their choir, jazz band and dance performances, plus goodies from the Student Council.
District 13 City Council Member, Gay Donnell Willis (middle in top photo in all red), presented at the meeting and discussed:
- Public Safety Overview
- Neighborhood Transportation
- D-13 Points of Engagement
