We’ve made joining the Schreiber Expanded Neighborhood Patrol easy and safe in partnership with an industry leading payment processing service. We offer two sign up periods:
- November 1 to January 31, FULL YEAR SIGN UP—membership starts Jan. 1 and runs to December 31, $300
In order to allow new members to join at the full year, we have created a sign-up process for $300. If you would like to help offset our payment processing fees of 2.9% or would like to pay more, at check out please pay $309 or any amount higher than $300.
2. May 1 to August 31, MID-YEAR SIGN UP option is generally selected for new residents who have moved into the area after our initial sign up period.
In order to allow new members to join at the Mid-Year, we have created a prorated sign-up process for $175. Mid-Year sign-ups will require a full year renewal November 1-January 31 at a renewal rate of $300 in order to maintain your SENP membership.

- Review our Terms And Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You will be required to accept these as a part of the online sign-up process.
- Make sure you know your AREA as you’ll need it for the signup process (See Area Map)
- Choose a Pay with Card option below.
Step 2 – Enroll
Option 1, Full Year: November 1 to January 31 Full Year Enrollment Period, membership runs January 1 – December 31
Schreiber’s Full Year Enrollment sign-up takes a single, non-recurring membership contribution for a full year. The minimum contribution is $300. You may choose to pay $309 to help offset our processing fees of 2.9% or pay any amount above $300 if you wish to contribute more.
Option 2, Mid-Year: May 1 to August 31 Mid-Year Enrollment Period, membership runs May – December 31.
The minimum contribution is $175. You may choose pay $180 to help offset our processing fees of 2.9% or pay any amount above $175 if you wish to contribute more.
All fees are in United States Dollars (USD).
Online Option – Pay online the required fee for the time of year you’re enrolling:
