In April our officers patrolled 201.5 hours at 47.01 hours per week and in May patrolled 223 hours at 50.35 hours per week.
As you will see below 7 of the 11 crimes in our area happened in the business areas on Inwood and Midway. Please TAKE. LOCK. HIDE items in your vehicles when shopping. It’s too tempting for criminals to see a laptop, purse, wallet, phone or other item plain view. 05/5 4736 TWIN POST – between Welch and Drexelwood –burglary of residence – occupied single family residence – no forced entry – 12:47 pm
4/28 4507 HARVEST HILL – between Crestline and Welch –burglary of residence – forced entry – entered vacant residence and took property
04/19 11828 INWOOD – between Forest and Willow – NE side –burglary of business – forced entry – broke glass door, entered and took currency.
04/25 12816 MIDWAY at LBJ – 8:40 am – deadly conduct discharging firearm through a wall – damage to complainant’s property – janitorial services business
04/14 4216 RICKOVER – between Midway and Crestline –robbery of individual – suspect took property from complainant then tried to stab him – non-family violence
04/12 4629 RIDGESIDE – theft of property – between Welch and Drujon.
04/1 12300 INWOOD – burglary of motor vehicle – entered UNLOCKED vehicle and removed items – between Inwood and Toll Road – 6:53 pm
