Every August to September we send our members a survey asking the about program satisfaction; if they’ve reported a crime to our SENP program; if they’ve used the out of town home check service; received a text or call back from the officers; if they plan to renew; and, if they’d recommend our program to their neighbors. Each year we have fewer and fewer people fill out this survey which means one of three things: 1) they have survey wear out; 2) people are too busy, or 3) they’re satisfied and things are going well! We sincerely hope it’s the latter!
